Paul Rodriguez started his practice with the basic premises that quality design, client service, construction knowledge, and budgetary understanding are pinnacle to the complete delivery of a project. Without this marriage, projects tend to go into a state of disarray. Realizing that design does truly sell, the strategy for each project is to integrate a quality of design into the client’s budget and time constraints. To best serve his client Paul is personally involved with all aspects of each project. As a small firm this allows for personal oversight of each project to insure that the goals and desires of the client are met.
The firm offers comprehensive services ranging of architectural design, master planning, entitlement, feasibility studies, programming, and construction administration with focuses from small to large scale projects. With extensive experience in residential design from custom single family homes to market rate housing to affordable senior housing, whether ground up or renovation, decades of experience ensures quality product delivery.
With the digital age upon us, the firm utilizes many different tools to assist in a project. Our CAD drafting systems utilize very sophisticated methods to better ensure accurate documentation and productive output. This is complemented with 3-D modeling and graphic renderings to fully understand and represent the design. As the internet has enhanced the world’s ability to research and communicate among each other, we still believe that personal interaction cannot be replaced.
Along with the client’s budget and time constraints, the approach to each project is through a modern vision that balances the user with the building and its interaction within the surrounding community. Architecture is something that last far longer than the project itself. It, therefore, must be able to operate in a sustainable fashion and have a positive impact within its environment.
